Monkey Developers provides website development services focused on simple, clean websites. Our services are separate from advanced digital systems and consulting offered at OLE.SUPPORT (https://ole.support).
By requesting our services or submitting any form on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Services
Monkey Developers offers:
Website setup using a selected layout/template
Content and basic branding integration
Website launch and hosting setup (where applicable)
Services do not include advanced system development, custom software, or ongoing maintenance. Please visit https://ole.support for advanced services.
Website Pricing
Website setup starts from R650, which includes one complete website using a selected layout/template, with client-provided content and basic branding applied.
Minor customisation is charged at R500 per item, including but not limited to extra pages, small layout adjustments, or additional sections.
Full customisation is quoted separately after reviewing the client’s request and requirements.
All pricing is subject to confirmation before work begins.
Customisation & Payments
All customisation requests must be submitted through the appropriate request form.
Minor customisation is charged per item and requires a 50% deposit before work begins, including website setup where applicable.
Full customisation requests are reviewed first, and a custom quote is provided. The required deposit for full customisation will be confirmed once pricing has been agreed.
Website setup and customisation work will only begin after the required deposit has been received. Final payment is due upon completion, and websites will be made live only after full payment.
Failure to make payment may result in delays or suspension of services.
Hosting & Website Launch
Websites are made live only after payment is received. Monkey Developers may assist with hosting setup but is not responsible for third-party hosting provider issues, outages, or pricing changes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate content, images, and branding materials
Reviewing work promptly and providing feedback
Ensuring they have rights to any content supplied
Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work.
Any additional requests beyond the original agreement may be treated as customisation and charged accordingly.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received:
The client owns the website content and design as delivered
Monkey Developers reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Limitation of Liability
Monkey Developers is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business
Third-party service failures
Issues arising from changes made by the client or third parties after delivery
Changes to These Terms
Monkey Developers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
